Positive: No breakfast it's not B&B. The place was great clean open plan, plenty of windows natural light everything you required for your stay. Plenty of hot water GAS. Beds very comfortable plenty room in bedrooms. Balcony, BBQ fantastic view of lake Mountains both nights had dusting of snow on the caps

Negative: Having to park on road.

Summary: Would highly reamend this place to anyone.
